Hey, My Name Is George,
I have spent over 21 years of active duty service in the Army. I have been in amazing shape for most of my military career. But, after retiring from the military at the young age of 40 my body started to change and I found myself putting on lots of unwanted wait. Then the unexpected happened I lost two of my closest family members and found myself 54 pounds overweight.
After I got over my pity party, I joined the local gym but for some reason I could not get rid of the weight. I started to buy most of those programs I saw on Facebook and on many of those social media sites but none of it work.
It all changed when I started learning how to eat better and started to learn how to detox my body. The scientific establishment has convinced us that losing weight is just a matter of calories in/calories out, that it’s about energy balance, about eating less and exercising more.
Most of us have never in our life taken 7 days to put nothing in our bodies but delicious, whole clean food. Just 7 days. Even if you think you are healthy and feel good, you may not realize that your normal state is not your optimal state.
